Terms & Conditions
Provision
of Services

Availability of our services cannot be guaranteed at any one time.

For all on-going arrangements, we would request that a signed Service Specification form be
completed before
commencement of work, confirming acceptance of our terms & conditions and
costing. The Service Specification form includes of the following
Liability

All typed documents are produced as a
draft which is subject to approval from the client, prior to the final delivery.
Final responsibility for proofreading completed document rests with the client.
Any typographical errors found in the work produced by Westway Office Services
will be rectified free of charge. Following client approval, final documents
will be supplied after which Westway Office Services will not be liable for any
typographical errors found in the documents.

We would advise our clients that
all original material should be sent to us either by post office special/recorded delivery or
courier.
Payment
Terms

Clients will be invoiced upon
completion of work.

Payment for adhoc services is due upon receipt
of invoice following delivery
of completed work. On-going assignments will be invoiced monthly, as per the
Service Agreement.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice strictly
14 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

Payment
made by cheque should be made payable to 'S A Ali'. If a cheque is returned by the bank,
the client
will be responsible for any bank charges arising from this.

Payment may also be made through PayPal.

For private individuals cheques must be
covered by a valid cheque guarantee card.

Additional costs incurred including postage, packaging and courier will be
invoiced at cost.

Westway Office Services reserves the right to request a deposit for larger
assignments services.
Information
Technology
All incoming emails are subjected to a virus
scan upon receipt. However, new
forms of viruses are created daily and for reasons of
security, unsolicited emails
are that are sent without a covering statement contained in the message
body
will be considered as malicious and will not be opened.
Confidentiality
All our
clients' work will be treated in the strictest confidence. We will
endeavour to protect the business interests of our clients and refrain from using
our
clients' information for any personal or business gain.
We recognise
that confidentiality is a sensitive issue for clients and are happy
to sign any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement a client may require.
